We are Vaal Student Landlords Association, (VASLAS), a premier voluntary non profit organisation, serving the interests of well invested landlords in the Vaal, since 2022.

- 2. NSFAS accreditation A or B minimum
- 3. Directors' ID copies
- 4. CK documents
- 5. Letter of authority on letterhead
- 6. Zoning Certificate
- 7. Accreditation letter/Certificate for each property
